We're thrilled to launch our mental health writing series! We will be doing 2 publications per month, so first come, first serve! To make a submission, please fill out this form:
The first two people who submit the form each month will get their writing published on our website! It will be indicated when the slots are filled for the month. All the prompts/ideas are listed on the form! If you have any other ideas, feel free to indicate what you'll be writing about under the writing spot on the form.
You must be a member of our club to be published. Exceptions will be made for select people who have been engaging with our club but cannot be members due to reasons such as location.
You may write about:
- Your personal mental health story
- Why it is beneficial to your mental health to have a support system
- How to cope with a lack of family support
- How to be alone and not lonely
- How to reduce isolation and improve socialization
- 5 reasons why therapy is beneficial
- 10 self care activities you can do in the morning
- Why is self care such a big deal
- How to show yourself love
- How to talk to your family about your mental illness
- Developing coping skills that help your mental health
- How to improve your self esteem
- 3 tips to improve your mood everyday
- 5 ways to tell your spouse you are depressed
- How to cope with (mental health disorder)
- What is mindfulness and why should I practice it
- Why is it important to communicate what you need
- How to stay firm in your boundaries
- 10 Workouts that improve your mood
- How to feel better about the way you look
- Why it is important to have planned relaxing activities
